If it’s an active leak, the most useful thing you can do before we arrive is shut off the water at the main, that one move turns a flood into a cleanup.
If you’re not sure what’s wrong, that’s completely fine, describing the symptom is enough. A drain that’s slow, a water heater that’s quit, a stain on the ceiling, a higher water bill with no explanation. We’ll take it from there, look at the actual problem, and tell you what’s going on. You never have to diagnose your own plumbing to get help from us.
