If water runs
through it,
we do it.
Honest, reliable plumbing across Oahu. Water heaters, drains, leaks and repipes, done right the first time.
Why homeowners call us back
John started Shoreline to fix what the last company got wrong.
He’d worked for a shop that cut corners, where people weren’t getting the service they were promised. So in 2019 he built a crew that does it the other way: tell you straight what’s going on, charge fairly, and do the work right the first time.
- We show up when we sayOn-time arrivals and clear texts so you’re not stuck waiting around the house all day.
- The quote is the priceWe tell you what’s wrong in plain words and hold the number we quote. No surprise add-ons.
- An Oahu crew that knows island homesOlder condos, multi-unit buildings, hard-to-find leaks. We work on these every week.
- Licensed and accountableHawaii license #37423. If it’s not right, we make it right.

“All of their plumbers are highly skilled. Thank you John for always taking care of us.”
Sharon O., Google reviewWhat we do
One crew for everything your plumbing throws at you.
Drain & sewer cleaning
Slow drains and backups are the calls we get most. We clear the line, run a camera if it’s a recurring problem, and tell you whether it’s a quick clog or something in the sewer that needs real attention. No upselling a repair you don’t need.

The thing people remember
Shoreline quoted $375 to reset the toilet. Another company quoted $1,125 for just the flange. We hired Shoreline, and they did an excellent job at the price they quoted.

Real Oahu customers
The crew people ask for by name.
“My building manager thought it was the shower pipes. I called Shoreline and they sent Paul back within an hour. Paul found my toilet was leaking from a failed wax seal I couldn’t even see, and fixed it immediately. I added their emergency line to my favorites.”
“Had a plumbing issue no other company wanted to touch without charging an arm and a leg to ‘try’ and fix. Duke came out, diagnosed it, and fixed it. Superior service at a cheaper cost. Shoreline is my go-to now.”
“John sent plumber Paul faster than you’d think possible. He installed a new faucet, checked all the plumbing under the sink, fixed another possible future leak, and left everything perfectly clean. The nicest plumbers you’ll ever meet.”
“Kelvin and JB did an excellent job for us. They came on time and we had no problems after installation. Highly recommend.”
Plumbing that fits island homes
Oahu houses and condos have their own quirks. We know them.
A lot of the homes we work in weren’t built yesterday. Older copper and galvanized lines, high-rise condos where one unit’s leak shows up in the unit below, salt air working on outdoor fixtures, hard water building up inside heaters and filters. These are the calls that come in week after week, so they are the calls we are fastest on.
When a customer tells us water is showing up where it shouldn’t, our first move is to find the actual source instead of guessing. Sometimes that means a camera down the line. Sometimes it is a moisture reading behind a wall. Either way, you get a clear answer and a clear price before we open anything up.
That approach matters most on the bigger jobs. A whole-home repipe or a failed water heater is the kind of work where a wrong diagnosis gets expensive fast. We would rather slow down for ten minutes up front than charge you for the wrong fix.
And if it is an emergency, it is an emergency. A few of our customers keep our number saved for the day a pipe lets go. Call (808) 445-3585 and we will get a plumber moving. For anything that can wait until business hours, the contact page or the form below is the fastest way to get on the schedule.
Questions, answered straight
Frequently asked questions
My drains are slow. Should I worry?
Slow drains usually mean buildup or an early blockage. Clearing it quickly keeps it from turning into a backup or a sewer problem. We’ll inspect the line, clear it, and tell you if it’s a simple clog or something that needs a closer look.
How often should I service my water heater?
Most units do best with a yearly check. It keeps the heating consistent, reduces wear, and helps you catch a small leak before it becomes a flooded closet. If you’re hearing noise, seeing rust, or getting lukewarm water, it’s time.
How do I know if I have a hidden leak?
Watch for a higher water bill, damp spots, a musty smell, or low pressure. Hidden leaks do real damage if they’re ignored. We use detection tools to find exactly where it is and repair it before it spreads. It’s something our condo customers call us about a lot.
Do you do emergencies?
Yes. A burst pipe or an active leak doesn’t wait, and neither do we. Call (808) 445-3585 and we’ll get a plumber moving. A few of our customers keep our number in their phone favorites for exactly this reason.
Are you licensed?
We’re a licensed Hawaii plumbing contractor, license #37423. That means the work is done to code and we stand behind it. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
Do you give a clear price before starting?
Always. We look at the actual problem, explain your options in plain words, and give you a price before any work starts. The number we quote is the number you pay. That’s the whole reason John started Shoreline.
